How to make nettle drink

1 liter of water
2 tablespoons dried nettle
Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Boil the water and add the leaves. Cover and leave for 15 minutes. Add fresh lemon juice and honey. Consume the drink hot or cold.
