Cinamic. Cinamic or senna is an herb known mainly for its laxative properties. Used to treat constipation. It acts quickly and does not irritate the intestine. We can use both leaves and fruits, but fruits are less active than leaves. Cinamic should not be consumed for more than seven consecutive days. To prepare a decoction of cinamic leaves, pour 1 tablespoon of leaves into a cup of water. Boil for 8-10 minutes. Strain and drink 1 glass daily before bedtime.
